At SKM, we take utmost care while packing and shipping the material. As per our quality policy, a series of color coding is followed for different grades. Alongwith the color code, we also provide stamping of heat no.'s and grade at the end of each bar. ( ONLY ABOVE 30 DIA ).

We also provide packing of material in plastic tubing, i.e. each bar is packed in a protective plastic folio.

Then the bars are heavily strapped at two to three different places on a bundle. A  sheet of sea worthy HDPE is kept between the material and the metal strap, so that the metal strap does not come into direct contact with the material.
